Top 5 myths of anorexia are not known

The community has seemingly the wrong perception of anorexia eating disorders. There are many jokes have been made in the media or magazines about anorexia. So let us shed some light on this myth of anorexia.

1: skinny = anorexia
You can be skinny or skinny for all sorts of reasons. Maybe because you lead an active lifestyle and to continue. You can be thin because of a terminal illness or are you addicted to smoking. Therefore become thin doesn't mean you anorexic.

2: when your anorexic, you will feel hungry.
This myth is not true. Anorexics love to eat as much as any other normal human being. The only thing that stops them from doing this, because they have a skewed perception of their body image. They choose their food in accordance with calories and fat from the diet.

3: they look in the mirror and sees a fat man. 
They are not necessary. It is just that they are more openly critical of their bodies and the flab in places where people's eyes can not see they catch.

4: individuals with anorexia is just attention-seekers.
People are not looking for attention to develop anorexia. This life-threatening disease and our people suffer from anorexia should be given positive support and attention right before this problem worsens. If there are, they become Anorexics only suitable in the shallow world we live in.


5: anorexia is the human mind. 
Anorexia is a life-threatening disease. Anorexics face medical complications such as malnutrition. Their bodies the nutrients it needs. Even though Anorexics can be offset by taking vitamin supplements, vitamins, they are not enough to strengthen your body.

So think twice before you start judging the Anorexics. Educating yourself about the disorder. Being kind and compassionate to be these people.
